I recently renovated my backyard and partnered with Wayfair to style it out with amazing lounge and dining furniture, so naturally, I had to throw a party to break it in. To throw the ultimate Fall soiree, I called on Chole + Mint to assist with a few of the details. Consulting with a planner is a great way to connect with vendors you otherwise might not think to hire for your event. She introduced me to the talented 12th and Olive, who created these amazing flowers and Seniman Calligraphy for the place cards and signage. I really wanted this to feel special, so instead of using my own dishes, I rented from Borrowed Blu. Their pieces elevated the tablescape so it felt like the perfect adult dining experience. When I throw a party, I’m usually running around getting people drinks or finishing the food, but not this time! Sometimes you need to just sit back and really enjoy your company. Little Nelly LA created the most amazing Fall feast of assorted cheeses, whole branzino, linguine with sautéed mushrooms, stuffed honeynut squash, and sautéed broccolini, AND ended it with spiced almond cake.
