This story goes all the way back to 2007. I had just finished my undergraduate degree and had moved back home to Hawaii. Since I had been away for four years and most of my college friends were still on the mainland (what we Hawaii folks call the continental US), I was looking for ways to start socializing back home again. Of course I still had my friends from high school here, but I also wanted to meet new people. Not to mention, I was finally ready to start dating again after being with a serious boyfriend throughout most of my college years.
As luck would have it, my cousin invited me to play in a co-ed soft-tip dart league at the bar she owned. Each team had to have at least one female, and they needed more females to play. I had no experience playing darts before, but I thought, why not" When the league started, I was on a team with Mr. Eel and my cousin. They had experience playing before so they were really good, making up for my really junk. Anyhow, there were lots of other teams including a team with He Who Must Not Be Named.
