We love nothing better than happy relaxed wedding celebrations here at Whimsical Wonderland Weddings. Heck, it’s all about the love, the memories and the start of a super awesome marriage. This wedding today brings together two families with perfectly intimate and joyful festivities.
I love that WWW readers Helen and Mike had a vision of being true to themselves, it made for a really authentic and natural day. They chose the 29th July 2017 to get wed, at Glebe Farm Cottages in Nottinghamshire. Being a working farm, their wedding venue was in the most idyllic of settings. They certainly made the most of the location, with an outdoor humanist ceremony, marquee reception and a field dedicated to camping for all. It must have been such fun camping out with all of their loved ones and waking up for breakfast together. There were beautiful wild flowers grown especially by Helen’s mum and continuing with the floral theme, both the bride and groom had floral touches in their gorgeous outfits. The DIY efforts continued into the cake table featuring bakes by guests, hand drawn place names and bunting to name a few.
