Well hello Friday and how are you today" I hope you have had a great week. Mine has been lovely so far. It was my birthday yesterday, so I took the day off work. My day included brunch, shopping, Tea with Dexter and then some friends came round in the evening for fizz and nibbles. Altogether a wonderful day. Now I’m super happy as we get to pick up our new kitten on Sunday, I am SO excited! She is absolutely gorgeous and I can’t wait to bring her into our home and start her new life with us.

On with today, and I am taking you off to Oregon for this super colourful farm wedding. Katie and Brian were married on 7th July 2018 at Pendarvis Farm in Happy Valley, Oregon. They wanted a wedding that reflected their love for the outdoors and this they got with an amazing mountain backdrop. Katie handmade so many aspects of the wedding, from the flowers to the rings, invitations to the decoration. It’s a real feast for all you DIY brides and grooms. After a recovery and move to Portland from Philly, Katie found what her life had been missing: ultra marathons up and down mountains, a successful art business, the wide open spaces of the Pacific Northwest, and………Brian!
