Kelcey and Andrew’s Intimate Mountain Wedding in Colorado by Kate Fore
I have another busy day on the blog today, starting with this gorgeous mountain wedding which has been sent into me by Kate Fore. Kelcey and Andrew were married on 18th July 2020 at Deer Creek Valley Ranch in Bailey Colorado. They are both big lovers of the outdoors, so they wanted to keep their wedding as close to nature as possible, reflecting their passion for outdoor living in their celebration. They opted for a mountain venue, which gave them breath taking views and the most stunning of backdrops and lots of super cute DIY decoration.
Kelcey and Drew said their vows to each other in a beautiful mountain ceremony inspired by their love of the outdoors. At 9,000ft, their wedding was literally breathtaking. From mimosas and getting ready in a cabin with stunning mountain views to a bumpy Jeep ride high up in the mountains for their wedding portraits together, Kelcey and Drew’s love for adventuring together in the great outdoors was present in every detail of their day.
How they met
We met rock climbing in our college’s outdoor club. After 7 years of adventures and dating, we took a trip to Europe to climb the Matterhorn in Switzerland. Drew proposed on the matterhorn at the Hornli hut the night before our summit push.
The outfits
