We are channeling rustic and DIY wedding ideas with you today as we head across to Ohio for the gorgeous wedding of Kendall and Jeremy who were married on the 4th September at their own home. The gorgeous couple are lucky enough to live amongst this most amazing property with a huge expanse of land and of course a few horses thrown in for good measure. The results are a wonderfully personal and rustic wedding, with so many hand-made and DIY touches. “Our ceremony was held in a beautiful grove of trees on our property. We stood under the most perfect arch that was handmade by my husband with saplings he cut from the woods. I had added 2 small floral arrangements to put on either side that were mostly made of eucalyptus and a few ivory flowers. Our guests sat on farm benches that were handmade by us. The reception was held under a tent strung with lights in the riding arena. Our décor was simple, but beautiful. The farm tables were topped with live eucalyptus garland and geometric lanterns. For dinner, we had a Mexican food truck on the property. Guests were able to choose from anything they wanted on the menu from tacos to burritos to quesadillas.
