Kimora and Cedric’s Intimate Moroccan Wedding in the Desert by Maria Rão Photography
Over the past two years I have seen weddings change dramatically because of the pandemic. Covid first of all stopped weddings happening at all, it changed the way we celebrate and it changed the size of weddings. Today’s wedding is a shining example that even if you downscale your guest count your wedding can still be as fabulous as you first indented it to be. Kimora and Cedric didn’t want a large wedding due to Covid, so they decided to take themselves and their three gests off to Morocco to hold the most stunning wedding. They pitched themselves up in the desert complete with a camel and exchanged their vows and then celebrated until the sun went down with amazing food, drink and great company. The whole day is completely magical and captured by Maria Rão Photography. A Magical experience, beyond our wildest dreams. Every moment was breath taking.
Kimora and Cedric were married on 1st September 2021 at Agfay Desert Marrakech , Morocco. ‘Due to Covid we didn?t want to risk having a large gathering. Our love of travel led us to Morocco where we knew we could have beautiful photos and memories. We had 3 guests and it took 3-6 months to plan.’
How they met
We meet through a mutual friend 10 years ago, dated for 3 years before the wedding. I (Kimora) had a serious vehicular accident right after we rekindled our friendship. Cedric became my lifeline and was my support throughout my entire rehabilitation. We were inseparable after that.
