Liz and Nick’s Rustic New Years Eve Farm Wedding By Will Reddaway Photography
Todays wedding is a new years eve extravaganza! A wonderful DIY filled Barn wedding that took place at Furtho Manor Farm in Buckinghamshire. Liz and Nick picked a rustic farm venue so they could really put their own stamp on their day. This they did with lots of fun new years eve elements, DIY projects and some really fab details. With a candle lit church, the ceremony was truly magical, beautiful to look at and full of sentiment. Then a fun, sparkle filled reception that not only celebrated their love but the new year as well. Big thanks to Will Reddaway Photography for the fabulous images.
‘Our wedding was relaxed, meaningful and full of laughter! The church has no electricity (because it is that old!) so we had a purely candle lit ceremony which was magical; along with the rustic vibe of a handmade decorated barn reception’
Liz and Nick were married on 31st December 2015 at Furtho Manor Farm in Buckinghamshire. ‘The historic medieval church instantly sold it to us! We really wanted the ceremony and reception to be at the same venue. The barn and church were a stone?s throw away from each other which was perfect. We had 120 guests in total. We got engaged in the spring time of 2015 and started planning immediately. We both believed we were engaged to be married and didn?t want a super long engagement. So, we discussed different dates and choose NYE for our big day!’
