Happy Friday everyone! I hope the sun is shining where you are, what a pleasant change it makes here in the UK, where it seems to have been raining permanently for the past 6 months. We are making the most of the sunshine this weekend and are off for our first BBQ of the season at our friends house, I can’t wait!! What about you" Are you lucky enough to be getting married this weekend" or maybe you are going to a wedding" I’d love to hear what you are up to. We are heading into the weekend with this glorious autumn wedding, a rustic barn wedding that took place in Surrey. Lucy and Jamie chose Gildings Barns which gave them enough flexibility to choose their own caters and bring in their own wine, while giving them the beautiful backdrop of this beautiful rustic barn. Lucy and Jamie were married on 24th September, 2022 at Gildings Barns, Newdigate, Surrey. ‘We looked at a lot of venues online and both agreed we wanted somewhere rustic and laid back, but not completely blank canvas. We were also adamant we wanted a more casual catering option such as a barbecue or hog roast, rather than sit down, three course meal. Gildings ticked all of those boxes, so a visit on their open day around November 2020 meant we didn?t hesitate to book for September 2022.
