WWW readers Dave and Lucie decided to get married on the 19th March 2016 at Alnwick Garden Treehouse in Northumberland. There was never a doubt in their minds that another venue would suit and so they booked the magical treehouse for their celebrations. They needed to do little to decorate the fairy lit space, adding home made bunting, woodland animal details and gorgeous flowers.
Talking of flowers, I love the unusual yellow and purple blooms, featuring Lucie’s favourite, the iris. They really packed a punch with their vibrant hue. The bridesmaids wore mismatched dresses with pashminas to keep the chill at bay and looked gorgeous. Lucie chose a frock just perfect for twirling, a short number by LouLou Bridal with sheer lace sleeves. Didn’t she look amazing" Dave meanwhile went for a relaxed mix and match combo with grey jacket and brown cords. I adore this individual and rustic day.
