We promise the title of today’s stunning feature isn’t quite as dispiriting as it may sound. In fact, the setting you’re about to see is so incredibly beautiful that we think you’ll be on board with this creative wedding inspiration theme in practically no time flat. Conceptualized by Marisa of Revel Petals, who also crafted the beautiful florals, the majestic scene she dreamt up came to life at Knapp?s Castle in Santa Barbara. Marisa teamed up with Jenni of The Blushing Bird, who styled the fashion elements and executed the shoot’s edgy, moody vibe. Jenni wanted the bride + groom to feel like the “king and queen of the ruins” and Emily Magers captured the details as that concept came to life.
