Master Builder: Wedding Website Final Reveal

In my last post I shared my process for building our wedding website, and I am finally able to reveal the efforts of my labor! When our guests type in our custom URL, they will land on our main page.
I used photos from our engagement session with our fabulous photographer (more to come on him later). I love that his style is more photojournalistic, and the way he framed the photos made it perfect for our website. The top navigation bar has links to the six pages within the site.
Our first page has our wedding details, including dates and times. Please excuse my terrible redacting job. I wish I could show you our website in its entirety, but you know, privacy and all. I also included a map to our ceremony and reception location.
Our third page is “How to Get There.” I also included accommodation information for some of our out-of-town guests in case they wanted to stay closer to our wedding location.
The next page is “Our Wedding Party.” I included their names only rather than a lot of text about how we know each other because I wanted to keep the site as simple as possible. The image in the middle is a slideshow and rotates between pictures of PB and me with our wedding party throughout the years.
Our “Wedding Weekend” page goes into further detail of Saturday, as well as providing guests a glimpse of our wedding menu. I wanted our guests to know the specifics of our entrees in case there were dietary restrictions. Since both entree...
