Jeremiah, a country music singer-songwriter and Kalie, a pageant queen named Miss Idaho 2015 fell in love and decided on an intimate forest wedding as a nod to their shared love of nature. During the summer of 2014, singer-songwriter Jeremiah James Korfe was just wrapping up his successful country music tour, after performing all across the nation. He was requested to sing as a guest-celebrity performer at a local pageant in Twin Falls, Idaho which is where he would unknowingly meet the love of his life. Kalie Wright won the local title (as well as Jeremiah’s heart) that night and would go on to win the entire state pageant just a few months after. Kalie and Jeremiah first connected through music and their faith in God and began an adventurous journey that would allow them both to chase enormous dreams side by side.
