Sometimes I really do pinch myself that I get to read such wonderful love stories every day and I soak up each and every one. This wedding feature today really is modern elegance at it’s best and includes a super loved up couple who you can just feel the romance radiating from.
WWW readers Laura and Bernard tied the knot on Sunday 2 August 2015 at St Andrews St Salvators Chapel followed by a reception at The Byre Theatre. Both venues were meaningful to the couple as Laura studied at the university and worked part time at the theatre when she was a student. But planning from Australia was no mean feat and they hired a wedding planner to ensure everything ran smoothly for them.
They hoped to create a natural day with dusty pink, gold and silver accents and a nod to their Scottish and Australian heritage. I so love the blooms, Laura’s bouquet was just so whimsy and the table décor looked magical. She also wore a dreamy gown by Amaline Vitale accessoried with a lace edged veil, while the boys looked dashing in kilts. Wow.
