When your venue is as iconic as Korakia Pensione, you’re tasked with dreaming up a design that shows your style in a way that complements it, yet stands out as different and new. It’s quite the task! But as Carrie Moe of Type A Society and photographer Ellie Koleen prove, it’s all about landing on the right concept. Korakia is full of gorgeous, natural Moroccan vibes, so the team sought to represent that in a series of modern bridal gowns from LOHO Bride and a show-stopping floral headpiece by Of The Flowers. Fun bridal shoe alert!

Carrie says, For the Toni Maticevski gown, we brought the gown to the straight lines and geometric shapes of the staircase there and loved how it created a visual pop. With its one shoulder sleeve and fun ruffle on the side, the gown paired nicely with our groom?s black suit from H&M. Her fun earrings from Lili Claspe added the final touch of gold.
