Obligatory Boxing Day walk.
 
Morning, I hope you are feeling full of life today. It’s time to catch up after the festive madness. I trust you had a great Christmas" I was poorly in the lead up to Christmas and came down with a cold on Christmas day, it’s always the way isn’t it" Hehe. Nevertheless I had a really lovely one. It’s the only time of year I can properly relax and switch off and G was off of work too for the first time in years. So that made it all the more wonderful.
I don’t think I’ve ever had such a busy December, what with our honeymoon, evenings out, family dos, present buying (and wrapping) and just a whole host of loveliness we really were spoilt. It was just nice to have the time to cook, bake, play with the kids and read. Amongst watching too much TV and stuffing our faces of course hehe. So I’m kinda looking forward to a chilled out start to the year. We actually made an effort on NYE for once. We went for an early dinner with the boys at our fave pub which was such a good idea. Perhaps the start of a new tradition for us. I just really hope we made the season a magical one for our boys. They are growing so fast.
