Mystical tradition met modern style at this chic wedding in Marrakech

The inspiration for this styled shoot was derived from The Ochre City itself. Marrakech is simultaneously ancient and traditional – modern and chic. The venue, The Oberoi Marrakech, was designed to draw inspiration from ancient Moroccan palaces, incorporating elements of the 14th-century historical monument, Medersa Ben Youssef. A focus on craftsmanship
Throughout this inspo shoot, there was a heavy focus on the design process and craftmanship when choosing vendors. Patterns, colors, and textures played a huge role in every element included to embody the heart and soul of this luxurious, rare, and magical place.
Gold and textured details
The flatlays styled by Sophie Kaye included fine art stationery by Laura Elizabeth Patrick, ring boxes by The Styling Reserve, and shoes by Bella Belle. Gold and textured elements were included to introduce the Moroccan style that unfolded throughout the rest of the design.
