Noora and Kalle’s wedding in Finland at Villa Svalvik was a testament to the magnificent beauty born out of simplicity. The two most important things for the couple were the promises they were making to each other and that their guests to felt at home. So, immediately after the first look, in the privacy of the forest, Noora and Kalle exchanged vows accompanied only by photographer Patrick Karkkolainen, who beautifully captured the passion of those first intimate moments. The bride looked effortlessly chic in a lace-back Pukuni crop top and silk skirt and romantic braided updo adorned with leaves. For their guests, the couple used the natural romance of the waterfront setting and incorporated second-hand and DIY items to create a simple, slightly bohemian vibe, perfect for relaxing and celebrating a day of love. The most memorable moment of the day was definitely when we told vows to each other in the woods before the ceremony. It really felt like all the pressure fell off of our shoulders at that moment. The photography session took about an hour and a half, and we’re really glad we did it beforehand. Then we got to walk down the aisle together, hand in hand, and felt more safe and sure than ever.
