Now Accepting Wedding Bloggers + Updated Blogger Application Guidelines!

Heya bees! As summer winds to a close, we are looking to add some new bloggers to our team! If you are planning a wedding through April 2017 and want to write about your planning process, we would love to consider your application to be a Weddingbee blogger.
Updated Blogger Application Guidelines
Because the blogging world has changed a ton since Weddingbee’s inception in 2006, we have recently changed our application guidelines to make the process more accessible. We have previously asked potential bloggers to create their own personal blog and write at least 15 Weddingbee worthy blog posts; we realize this is a lot of posts, especially because across the blogosphere in the past few years, blog posts have gone from casual, almost journal-like, and sometimes very short entries to posts that are longer, more elaborate and planned, and that include more high quality images. Posts like this take time to compose, which is why we have decreased the requirement to eight posts.
Likewise, we used to ask our Weddingbee bloggers to commit to writing an average of three to four posts a week; we have changed that requirement to two to three posts per week.
Reach Out to a Current Blogger
If you are on the fence about applying to blog or have any questions, our current batch of bloggers are more than happy to give feedback on your application. Feel free to send a private message to one of our bloggers asking for advice. ?
