Ocean Size Love: Arriving at Cabanas la Luna

As I’ve said in the previous posts, Mr. Stingray and I wanted to arrive in Tulum a bit earlier than most of our guests so that we could get organized and go over some of the details about the wedding?that didn?t really end up happening, but that was our thought process nonetheless. We drove from Cancun to Tulum on Tuesday with a group of friends, with a pit stop at the cenotes, of course! Everyone else was going to arrive on Wednesday! (One of the most stressful and frustrating aspects was the shuttle between Cancun and Tulum, but that?s for another day.)
The group of us arrived at Cabanas la Luna in the afternoon, and we instantly fell in love with the place. It is a beautiful secluded eco-resort directly on the beach. Each of the little cabanas have so much character, and the entire place is so whimsical and unique. I had researched this location a lot online, but it was so much more amazing seeing it in person. Mr. S and I both knew that it was the perfect place for us to get married.

Every aspect of Cabanas la Luna was perfect. There are so many star and moon decorations, and the restaurant is called Las Estrellas, which is crazy because I have been obsessed with stars and starfish my entire life, and our business is Star Cider after all.
