Ocean Size Love: Bound for Mexico

Let the wedding recaps begin!
I suppose I will begin at the beginning. I love reading recap posts on the ‘Bee, and I love all of the details and effort that go into them. I?m going to try to include as many details as some of the other bees have included in their recaps. I also don?t want to forget so many of the small details that meant so much to me throughout the two weeks in Mexico. If you don?t like long-winded and picture-heavy posts, then I?m apologizing now! But we?ll see how this goes. We?re also just starting the planning and everything else for the home reception as well, so you guys might be stuck with me for a little while longer. :/
All right, I left off with the packing and organizing the week before the wedding day. There were a few kinks in the road getting everyone to Mexico, but luckily everything turned out all right in the end. The first big obstacle was Snow Storm Jonas. It impacted many of our guests’ travel plans; some people escaped early to miss the storm entirely, and some weren?t so lucky and got stuck in the snow, delaying their trip a few days.
Most of my family had layovers in DC, so we all (well, in my case, Mr. S. did?thank you!) spent hours on the phone with the airlines getting our flights changed so that we could be rerouted around the storm. All of us except for Finny, because she had a straight flight to Cancun from DC, so no rerouting there. We all managed to change our flights. Yay! But, Mr. Stingray and I now had a 12 ho...
