Ocean Size Love: Packing for a Destination Wedding

Before we get to all of the festivities in Mexico leading up to the wedding and finally my most favorite day of my entire life, we first have a few more things to cover that happened before that!
To start, I want to share some tips with you about packing for a destination wedding. I already covered some of this with our packing list, but I want to share how we got some of the wedding things all the way to Mexico safely?including my wedding dress and 40 shot glass favors. This is to hopefully help the soon-to-be-wed couple with packing for a destination wedding.

The Dress
Flying with a wedding dress. Many of you won?t ever have to worry about this, but for those brides who are flying to their wedding location this might be a bit helpful! Luckily, I knew from very early on—well, when I was like six years old—that I wanted to have a destination wedding. So when I was looking for my wedding dress, I knew it had to be something that was easily transportable. That meant light and preferably something that wouldn?t be easily wrinkled or ruined.
My dress was even easier to pack and fly with than I thought it would be, which was super lucky. I could just roll it right up in the garment bag. I didn?t really want to stuff my dress in a suitcase (at least before the wedding) because I didn?t know how it would hold up. And I knew I didn?t want it in my checked bag in case it was lost.
