Best Man Speech and Maid of Honor Speech

After successfully cutting our cake, Mr. Blue Moon and I proceeded to the other side of the reception space to listen to our best man and maid of honor give their toasts. I think that Best Man L and MOH K were a little bit nervous about doing this, but they both did a wonderful job and we were so touched that they wanted to speak in front of so many people.
BM L went to the chopping block first kicked things off with a heartfelt speech thanking all of the people who made the wedding possible, and our parents for raising us. He also described growing up with Mr. Blue Moon from the time they were four and a half years old until now.
We went from little kids who eat bugs on playgrounds and play with Legos all day, to the man he is today. I have seen Mr. Blue Moon become a very great person of character. And Mrs. Blue Moon is such a perfect bride for him. I can’t imagine anyone else for him. They’re just perfect for each other. 
BM L continued on to roast Mr. Blue Moon a little bit with a story about a failed trust fall activity they once participated in at Boy Scout camp.

Seriously, I know Amilia got some hilarious reactions during the course of this speech. BM L wrapped things up by thanking Mr. Blue Moon for being like a brother to him, and by toasting our marriage.
MOH K was next, and talked about how long we had been waiting for this day to come.
