Wedding Countdown: One Month Left
It?s crazy how fast time flies. One moment I?m just starting to hammer out the broad strokes of how our wedding will go down, and the next I?m looking at my wedding countdown app* and notice we only have about a month to go. One month!

And we have so much left to do. It feels like we?ve already done so much, but the list of outstanding tasks still grows longer every day. This is partially because we?re getting down to the little details and partially due to what Mr. Feather has dubbed ?scope creep,? otherwise known as, ?Ideas I find on Pinterest/the internet that I never knew we needed.?

Of course, we don?t need probably 75% of the stuff I?ve added to the list, but?you only wedding once, right"

The one thing we definitely do need is that little piece of paper that officially makes us married: our marriage license. We sauntered down to the county administration building and picked it up this week.
The most interesting part was checking out the other couples waiting in line at the marriage license desk. It seemed like most of the ladies dressed up and the guys dressed down, way down. Mr. Feather said he didn?t know going to a county office was such a flashy affair. But picking up your marriage license is one more big step toward marriage, so I can see why the occasion calls for a nice dress...
