Pomegranate Sparkler, Serves 9
Ingredients
1 c. pomegranate seeds
1 t. chopped fresh mint leaves
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 Bottle prosecco
1 c. pomegranate juice
Instructions
1. Boil first 4 ingredients to create Pomegranate Mint Simple Syrup. Simmer for 5–10 minutes. Strain mixture, keeping syrup, discard pomegranate seeds + mint leaves. Chill syrup.
2. In each glass, pour 1 oz. Pomegranate Mint Simple Syrup, 1 oz pomegranate juice, and top with prosecco.
3. Garnish with pomegranate seeds + mint leaves.
