Personal Quirky & DIY Treehouse Wedding
Ohh I do love a treehouse wedding! There is something so unique and special about them with a magical playful atmosphere.
WWW readers Holly and Ben are with us to share their treehouse wedding today held at the Countryside Education Trust in Hampshire on the 5th October 2019. There is so much I love about their day; the wellies dress code, the dried flowers and the quirky yet personal table centrepieces to name a few.
They love the outdoors and so a wedding in the woods was perfect for them as a family. They also wanted to include things from their home and named their wedding tables after quotes from TV programmes and films. The autumn vibes were gorgeous, look out for mushrooms, camp fires and fairy lights. I also have to say just how much I love Holly’s pink dress (which was a total bargain by the way!) and Ben’s brown suit teamed with hand painted wellies. Such a cute touch. They both looked amazing. These utterly beautiful light drenched images are by Honeydew Moments and I am so thankful to be sharing them today.

The Proposal
On the 6th of October 2018, we went on a family camping holiday. Ben carried the ring around all day waiting for the right moment and then proposed very late at night in the freezing pitch black next to the campfire. It was very romantic, memorable and cute, he did a great job. He had brought a bottle of fizz and had hid it in the boot with some picnic flutes.
