After all of our guests had left to enjoy a cocktail hour on the patio back at Graystone Quarry, it was time to head back to finish up some of our wedding-party pictures. At the time, it seemed a bit excessive because we had already spent about 20 minutes doing first-look pictures and another 15 minutes taking bridal-party portraits before the ceremony. However, I completely trusted our photographer. Amilia loves to use natural outdoor light, and describes the time just before sunset as a particularly lovely time to take photos outside. Since it was much cooler and everyone was a little more relaxed than we had been before the ceremony, she took advantage of it to get some group shots of the guys…
…and all the brothers together, too.
Next, we did some group shots of my girls and me.
Then we got our crew back together for some final fun pictures.
Mr. Blue Moon got his time in the spotlight as well and was much less nervous about it than I was. Seriously, he’s a natural, and I know his work in public health is his passion…but I think modeling menswear could definitely be a fallback if he ever needed one.
