Michelle says, My daughter Amriel has ALWAYS been a fan of Dolly Parton, so we thought, a Holly Dolly Christmas kid party would be so much fun! I also loved the Marie Antoinette vibe from the party scene in the new Cruella movie. And I loved the cotton candy elements in the Glitterville collection. So, I opted to combine ALL of these elements into one spectacular theme!
