Tea Party Bridal Shower
Hello, hive! I apologize for the prolonged absence. All I can say is life, man. I?m happy to be back and diving into recaps.
I?m going to rewind a bit and quickly recap our pre-wedding events before I dive into the big stuff.
My bridesmaids asked if I had wanted a bridal shower, and I excitedly said yes. They threw me a tea party shower with lots of delicious tea and food (including the best homemade broccoli and cheese tarts and tea sandwiches) about a month before the wedding. It was an amazing day, and I?m so grateful to have such wonderful friends.

We played some fun and unique cooking-themed shower games as well:

Guess the spice: Bridesmaid S put a variety of spices into Ziploc bags, and we had to guess what they were. You were allowed to smell and taste the spices. Some of the head-scratchers" Allspice, sumac, and coriander. Kitchen tool memory game: I wore an apron with kitchen tools (a whisk, a ladle, etc.) attached to it. I came into the room and everyone had 30 seconds to memorise as many tools as possible. I then left, and everyone had a minute to write down as many tools as they could remember.

Friends took home prizes, and we all had a really great time. Special thanks to my amazing bridesmaids and friends for an incredible, memorable day.
