WWW readers Ellie and Ashley wed at the Walled Garden Marquee, Temple Newson on Saturday 6th August 2016. Their day was full of beautiful blues and I just love the florals, including the stunning blue hydrangea. The pair chose simple and stylish décor, one of my favourite touches is the bow and rag bunting, so effective. Ellie also made the fantastic table plan.
Ellie chose an Alfred Angelo dress, Justin Alexander jacket and Sahara veil, whilst Ashley fitted in with the blue theme in a dapper slim navy French Connection suit. The blue theme is pulled together perfectly by the groomsmens’ matching navy suits and the bridesmaids’ gorgeous Coast dresses.

THE PROPOSAL | The proposal happened at Bolton Abbey on a sunny August day in 2013 when we had gone for a day out. Bolton Abbey is a special place for me (Ellie) as it is somewhere I have visited with family since as far back as I can remember. After walking down to the abbey when we had arrived, we settled down for a picnic and after we had finished eating, Ashley proposed.
