Twisted Shank Wedding Band with Diamond Pave
I actually kind of stumbled upon my wedding band. Six months after we got engaged, I went to the jewelry store to get my ring cleaned. (Side note: Do you do this regularly" Oh man, it sure makes a difference! SO SPARKLY.) While I was waiting, I couldn?t resist checking out the bands section. I definitely wanted a band with pave diamonds that would complement (but not necessarily perfectly match) my engagement ring.
It didn?t take long. About 30 seconds, really.

I tried it on and was pretty much sold. I really like wide ring sets with a lot of finger coverage, and I loved the way the entwined design looked next to my ring. The salesperson told me that they were having a sale, because of course they were. With the discount, it was a still a little more than I had been planning to spend, but how could I walk away"! I immediately called Benjamin and made my case. Naturally, he had no choice but to agree. Huzzah! A few months later, Ben and I went to look at bands for him. He was originally thinking he might go with a traditional gold band, but once we got in the store he was really drawn to the tungsten rings. We both liked the simplicity and the durability of this one:
