I love nothing more than an unorthodox wedding venue and today’s setting is a corker.
Jane and Chadd were married on the 29th August 2015 at Chester Zoo. Oakfield Manor was the perfect atmospheric venue to their vintage feel day, which came with a private safari for them and their guests. Amaze. There was sweet tea cup décor, a decadent naked sponge cake and pretty pastel blooms.
Jane wore a stunning tulle frock by House of Mooshki while Chadd looked really rather dapper in his Ted Baker attire. This is one super special day, oh and I love the proposal story too.

THE PROPOSAL | We had spent all night at hospital expecting our daughter, 24 hours of labour pains and then everything stopped so we were sent home. Arriving back on 21 June 2013 feeling very tired and emotional Chadd took me into our daughter’s room, he asked for me to select my favour piece of furniture and we stood talking next to the cot talking about our future and meeting our little surprise and that life wouldn’t be the same without me. He then got down on one knee and asked me to spend the rest of our lives together.
