Quirky Film Inspired DIY Baths Wedding

I have an affinity with today’s gorgeous couple, why" They love films, so much so though that they inspired much of their fun and stylish décor.
WWW readers Emma and Tim tied the knot on Saturday 22 August 2015 at the stunning Victoria Baths in Manchester. Their day had a feel of an old fashioned celebration complete with wild blue and yellow blooms, bunting and a home baked cake.
Emma chose to wear Omelia by Catherine Deane which I must say looked divine, meanwhile Tim chose a dapper Ted Baker ensemble. Sublime.

THE PROPOSAL | I?m a huge fan of the show ?How I Met Your Mother? so Tim recreated my favourite scene which was a proposal between two central characters. Tim put together a list of activities and steps towards the proposal which started weeks before he actually got down on one knee. Tim actually went to great lengths to get loads of our friends involved. For example I was duped in to going and getting my ring finger sized by thinking I was helping a friend pick out an engagement ring for them. My best friend owns her own jewellery business ?Kate Holdsworth Designs? and Tim had actually conspired with her and designed my engagement ring.
