Quirky Retro 1950s Vintage Inspired Wedding

We’re going cool, quirky and kitsch with a fabulous flirty retro wedding today. Vintage 1950 wedding lovers look no further for the most gorgeous of ideas.
Chelsea and Thomas chose to get married on the 5th September 2015 and host their reception at their Best Man’s house; Dunwood Hall in Staffordshire. The venue was the perfect setting for their home made celebration with vintage flair. There is SO much to love about their wedding. The epic naked cake complete with flamingo topper was definitely a highlight for me along with the sweet bow back bridesmaids dresses and cute ‘mint to be’ tags. There were sequins and blooms galore at the reception in pinks and mints, so very pretty.
Chelsea chose a dreamy strapless tulle gown with a show stopping retro hair and make up look. Thomas meanwhile went for a dapper navy suit by Supplier Love members Charles Tyrwhitt teamed with a stylish bow tie. The daytime celebrations were followed by a rip roaring party and it sure looked like everyone had a great time. Thanks so much to Amy Faith Photography for sharing these vibrant and happy images with us.
