The Story
After a long family friendship turned into romance, we knew we wanted to make our wedding all about our love for each other and our families.
Our families are both of Irish decent, and so we tried to incorporate our Irish heritage as much as we could by also using simple vintage touches. We went for a soft romantic feeling and wanted to focus on classic details. We had gut feelings about most of our decisions and did not spend a lot of time looking at lots of vendors and trying to find the perfect one. When we felt right about a decision we just made it, and that made things very easy.

The church was always somewhere we both wanted to get married and was a logical yet heartfelt choice. My husband’s father passed away a few years ago and was such a special and important part of both our lives.
