The Story
We had a rustic country wedding in spring, with a feminine touch of lace and doilies.
Our decor consisted of wood slabs, mason jars wrapped in twine and lace, tea light candles, fresh, bright colored flowers in peach, pink, cream, yellow, and green, accented with unique succulents pads, peach hypericum berries, and baby’s breath. The flowers were a mixture of roses and carnations. Our tables were covered with white linens and peach napkins at each place setting, and our head table bar and side tables were decorated with burlap pennant banners. Deer antler chandeliers added the perfect rustic touch to the dining room.
My bridesmaids wore peach dresses and nude heels. The groomsmen wore tan suits, tan vests only on top, accented with a peach tie. My dress was a fit-and-flare with all Alençon lace, with a racer back cut. A rhinestone and pearl belt accented beneath the bust.
