The Story
The bride and groom met in law school in Sacramento. During their third year of law school, the two arranged their schedules so they had no class on Thursday and Friday.  They would leave Sacramento after class on Wednesday and head up to Tim?s family?s cabin in Truckee. They had season passes at Northstar and would spend Thursday through Sunday skiing. Their love for the mountains and outdoors bonded their love for one another. After law school the couple moved to San Francisco to start their careers, but continued to escape to the mountains and Truckee as often as possible.
When looking for a venue, the bride and groom were looking for something unique and different, but also something that was personal and would show their personalities. Given their love for the mountains and outdoors and the time they spent at Northstar in the beginning of their relationship, Zephyr Lodge was the perfect place to say “foreverR...
