The Story
After seven years together, our fairy tale wedding finally happened! We met after high school and found ourselves parents first with our son, Wyatt, followed a few years later by our second son, Gavin. Kids and buying a home were priorities, but tying the knot was definitely on the agenda?just a little bit later. Our wedding was at the most perfect venue—McCormick Home Ranch. A beautiful rustic home surrounded by nature was a perfect backdrop to our rustic, elegant wedding.
It could not have been more perfect having our little boys in the wedding, as they walked down the aisle with their cousin Brody. Brody?s father passed away from cancer just six months earlier. His father Bryan was like a brother to my husband and was going to be in our bridal party, so having Brody walk with our sons made us feel Bryan was there and a part of our special day.
