What a treat we have in store this afternoon. WWW readers Gillian and Ewan wed at Lunga House on the west coast of Scotland on 20th August 2016. They planned a relaxed full weekend of fun so they had plenty of time to spend with family and friends who had travelled some way to join them. Gillian chose a beautiful Anges Etoiles dress and wore chunky heels for dancing, whilst Ewan had a suitably Scottish suit made for him by Hackett. The bridesmaids wore mismatched dresses but all had the same necklace, which Gillian also wore in her hair, such a creative idea.
The whole wedding takes place under glorious blue skies and you can almost smell the fragrance of the lavender and mint in the bouquets. Although the stunning venue speaks for itself, the couple also DIY’d lots of pretty personal touches, Gillian even made the cake herself and it sounds like this was great for settling her nerves on the morning of the wedding.
