We partnered with Distinct Locations to find the perfect setting for this shoot and The Robert Young Estate Winery did not disappoint. We started up at the Scion House, with a modern, lush ceremony overlooking the vineyard and then moved inside to get out of the rain for a fireside first course.  The romantic tablescape played off of influences from the Dutch baroque masters with rich velvet, moody florals, and golden winter pears that matched the beautiful menus created byVelvet Fox Designs.

The beauty of micro weddings is the ability to host an experiential dinner with many courses and wine pairings. Following the fireside first course, we moved down to the wine cave for the second course. In contrast to the romantic lilac tablscape in the Scion House, we set a more dramatic, untamed table down at the cave to create a feeling of baroque opulence paired with the modern architecture of the winery.
