It’s not everyday we get to feature a wedding in a castle, so Clarice and Adelino’s medieval-inspired wedding at Pousada Castelo de Óbidos is making our hearts flip today! Their ceremony overlooked the charming Portuguese town of Óbidos and featured a wild, rustic setup with wooden chairs, gladiola flower stalks, and a circle backdrop made entirely of pink and white roses. Hélia Arte Floral used those same roses to create mini, twisted rosebud trees and lush garlands for the reception tables, which gave the space a distinct secret garden feel. After their “I dos,” the couple was accompanied by Aguiam Wedding Photography as they wove their way through the narrow streets, allowing the old-world architecture and natural colors of the town serve as a perfect backdrop to their sweet portrait session.
