The bride shared with us: ?Brian and I went to the same graduate school, had many of the same friends, but never met in person. He even came to a party at my house in 2012 but never said hello to the host (me!). In 2013, we both got a job in the same company in Washington DC and became colleagues. In 2014, Brian moved to New York and I moved to London. Ironically, shortly after moving thousands of miles apart, we started dating in 2015. After less than a year apart, I moved to New York City to be with him. On October 31st, 2017, Brian cooked dinner, got down on one knee and proposed. My immediate response was telling him to stand up! but then I quickly said yes.?
