Roo and Fred’s ‘Bombay Mix’ Colourful Tipi Wedding in Two Parts by Babb Photos
Hello you lovely people and how are you today" I have a bright and cheerful wedding to share with you today which comes in two parts. Roo and Fred held two ceremonies the first they did the week before their main wedding. Like many couples who hold outdoor ceremonies in the UK they have to hold an extra ‘legal’ wedding before hand, this means they can then have their outdoor tipi wedding ‘blessing’ where ever they want, as most outdoor ceremonies are not seen as legal in this country! Our English marriage laws still have a lot to be desired!!! So this wedding is full of colour, fun and laughter! Big thanks to Laura from Babb Photos. for capturing it so perfectly.
A Bombay Mix, because it?s a bit of a mix of cultures with some Punjabi twists.
Roo and Fred were married twice, the first ‘legal’ wedding was at Birmingham Registry Office with their second ‘proper’ wedding a week later held at The Firs, in Bromsgrove. The had 140 guest in total.
The colours of the wedding were orange and blue with the Bride and Groom are wearing green. Fed and Roo got ready together and Fred?s dad is walked Roo down the aisle. Fred?s brother was Fred?s best man!
The had an exchange of garlands instead of rings and they did pêcha kuchas instead of vows. For food they had Indian fish and chips for their wedding breakfast and a south Asian DJ as the entertainment.
