We’re all about the love here at Whimsical Wonderland Weddings and this lovely day has it in abundance.
WWW readers Emma and Andrew were married in July 2016 and held their celebrations at Winterbourne Medieval Barn in Gloucestershire, followed by a party in Emma?s parents back garden. Doesn’t that sound just idyllic" Well it really was. The vision was to create a wedding which was relaxed and rustic with a countryside feel. The portraits in particular really showcase the beautiful setting and they are so romantic.
The couple focused on ensuring that the bright and beautiful blooms were seasonal, they were also grown locally and organically. Isn’t that wonderful" They certainly stole my heart today. They also decorated the barn wonderfully with embroidered table cloths, foliage and bunting. Emma and Andrew really looked the part too. With Emma wearing an exquisite vintage gown dating to 1910, isn’t the lace remarkable" She teamed the gown with a crown of flowers, boho beautiful. Andrew went for a country tweed look with a hand made shirt. How fabulous.

THE PROPOSAL | Emma proposed to Andrew in their favourite restaurant in London (Moro on Exmouth Market). She made him a silk pocket square and embroidered ?will you marry me"? onto it. Andrew said yes!
