Courtney and Brendan knew that Old Broadwater Farm would be the perfect spot for their rustic Australian wedding after seeing it online. Bree Shine Event Styling enhanced the venue’s natural beauty with accents of burlap and wood, as well as blush florals and plenty of greenery. In line with the modern classic look of the day, Courtney wore a stunning beaded gown by Collezione Bridal Couture, accompanied by long, vintage waves. After saying “I do” at the farm, the newlyweds took a quick helicopter ride for a few moments alone as husband and wife and an epic portrait session by LiFe Photography.

I wanted a classic look that was also very different. So my hair was very classic, and then my dress was quite different. I felt so great on the day!
We wanted a rustic wedding but still with some traditional vibes. Our colours included lots of hessian, greenery, greys, soft pinks. Our venue was so beautiful on its own that we didn’t want to add too much which is how we picked our theme. We wanted it to feel very relaxed and we wanted it to be enjoyable for everyone. We just went with what felt right while keeping within our rustic theme!

We wrote our own vows and they were a surprise to each other, that was very special.
