Ashley at Ash & Oak Co tells it, I was inspired by all the wonders of California and a little 70?s influence. Here we have every terrain and element. I wanted the natural of rocks to represent the Pacific Ocean. The dried cactus reminded me of the desserts of Joshua Tree. The wooden cake table had elements of the redwood forest. The eucalyptus greenery cascading over and down the sweetheart table was a tip of the hat to the invasive plant. The dried thistle in the bouquet was forged from the local fields? All the places a boho couple would enjoy spending time together.
Rolling hills, golden hour, boho bride… Just magic.
