My family has had a beach cottage in Capitola since WWII. Monarch Cove Inn was the place where my grandparents spent their honeymoon, and a perfect spot to display the beauty of the Monterey Bay.
I stumbled upon Julie Pepin Photography‘s work purely by accident one day as I browsed wedding blogs, and was immediately impressed by her unique and artistic style. Julie was incredibly patient with my fiance and I from start to finish. On the day of, Julie struck an incredible balance — she made us feel like she wasn’t there, and was able to capture the raw, emotional moments that came from feeling like we were alone, but also provided firm direction, so we never felt awkward or unsure.
