We are in the deepest depths of winter here in the UK, yesterday it was -3.5 degrees when I took Dexter to school, so I think we are all  in need of some sunshine. So today I am whisking you off to the sunshine state for this Tropical California Wedding. Shirley and Ron were married on 23rd April 2021 at San Juan Capistrano, California. They held a tropical themed wedding with accents of gold pineapples that were dotted about their ceremony and reception area, as well as some gorgeous tropical greens and pinks. They held a gorgeous first look and even their dog made an entrance at the ceremony! Big thanks to Ella Merrill Photography for the fab photos.

Held at Plaza de Magdalena in San Juan Capistrano, California, this wedding consisted of a first look at the historical Mission San Juan Capistrano. This couple hosted a tropical inspired wedding and made a tribute to their respective heritages of Colombian and El Salvador. This album consists of of a courtyard wedding ceremony set-up, complete with tropical florals, ground greenery, and gold pineapple accents, and tropical modern reception décor. Plaza de Magdalena is nestled in the heart of San Juan Capistrano Los Rios District, so we took advantage of the beautiful streets, railroad tracks and surrounding historical areas for portraits. They even included their dog in their wedding!
