Quad Princess Cut Engagement Ring
I wasn’t sure if this deserved its own post, but it’s jewelry, so I decided YES OBVIOUSLY.
Prior to our engagement, I basically smacked Benjamin upside the head with the type of ring I wanted (strategic pinning + dropping of hints = 100% chance of success). Generally, my preferences were: classic white gold and diamonds, a lot of finger coverage, but not ridiculously expensive.

I know, I know. But this is what happens when you get old and practical. And honestly, the dang thing is so precious to me I REALLY DIDN’T care what it cost. It’s a symbol of so much more.

…but the wait was worth it! One might think it?s less romantic to put it out there like that, but I wanted to avoid an uncomfortable situation (?it was a pear-shaped diamond with a gold band? still strikes fear into my heart). And ultimately, I couldn?t be happier.
