This was one of the most thoughtful, romantic weddings that I have ever had the pleasure of photographing. Ashlee and Baron truly curated an unforgettable weekend for their guests along the beautiful coastline of Northern California. The festivities began on Thursday evening with the most amazing smoked salmon chowder, and continued bright and early on Friday with a group excursion to Montgomery Woods where we spent the morning wandering through the majestic redwoods.
Saturday was filled with all of the pretty things a photographer could ever hope for – from beginning to end, Ashlee’s vision for her wedding day was a thing of beauty. Abelia Floral did a phenomenal job artfully combining both flowers and foraged finds – their table design was an experience all of it’s own, and was the perfect canvas for the meal that would be served there. Potliquor prepared dinner in the outdoor wood stove at the venue and created an unforgettable culinary experience that was truly the epitome of beauty and flavor combined. I really can’t imagine a more unforgettable or romantic way to end a wedding day than in the ambience of candlelight and laughter over a meal shared in the crisp evening air with the ones you love.
